Fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, firepit and firewood provided. All linens provided. Beach towels. Washer/Dryer. Hairdryer. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable. Very close the Red House Wedding Venue, Lily Dale Assembly, and the public boat launch. Perfect for a small family, couples get-a-way, honeymoon, or ladies' wine tasting weekend. Enjoy 4 adult bikes, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards, pedal boat, floating mat, and yard games!

Guest Access
You will have access to the entire property. This cottage is on a private road right on the water. It's very private - no houses on either side - wooded area to the right and the neighbors waterfront yard to the left.

Other Things to Note
This is a very quiet family friendly community. Primary booker must be 30 years of age. Absolutely NO after wedding parties. 2 dogs welcome-$50 dog fee.
