This charming cape cod style house is located on the north end of Chautauqua Lake in the Village of Mayville just 5 minutes from Chautauqua Institution. It has 2 upstairs air-conditioned bedrooms, a sun porch with a futon for sleeping 5 to 6 people and 1 bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room, deck facing lake (picnic table, fire pit, chairs and grill), boat dock with tie up, swimming off the dock, TV and internet available, linen, blankets and towels provided. Rent is $2000/week. We also ask for a $300 refundable security deposit if no damage is incurred.
