The Eastern Lake Erie Charter Boat Association (ELECBA) is an association of Professional, USCG Licensed Charter Captains operating on the Eastern Basin of Lake Erie and the upper Niagara River in beautiful Chautauqua and Erie Counties of New York State. Each of our charter boats are fully equipped to help you land the “BIG ONE”; including the latest in electronics, rods, reels and tackle.
Captains and their boats are equipped and experienced to fish for most species, although some captains may be limited to a specific port or target species. Dive and sightseeing trips are also available.
