The Ivy League Psychic Academy is located in the elegant Victorian Rhodes House. Built in 1882, the Rhodes House served the community for over 55 years as a funeral home. Today it serves as the headquarters for internationally renowned Psychic Medium, Ivy Rivera & her unmatched training school, the Ivy League Psychic Academy. The beautiful Rhodes House is also a part of the Haunted History Trail of NYS and is also on Dunkirk's Historical Trail.
This hauntingly beautiful location offers many services and events including haunted sleepover experiences, historical tours, ghost hunts, AIRBNB, psychic fairs and classes.
HAUNTED SLEEPOVER
Stay overnight in this haunted house with access to the entire lower level. During your stay, you will meet Ivy Rivera, Psychic Medium and Owner, as she presents a 15 minute historical and supernatural presentation about the property. Following the presentation enjoy a self-guided historical tour of all four floors. Then conduct your own ghost tour throughout the night!
The next morning enjoy our complimentary continental breakfast. Bring your friends and family for a spooky night you won’t forget!
