This property is located just outside of Mayville, NY. A short 10 minute drive will put you at the heart of Lake Chautauqua literally at the prettiest part of the Lake. A public beach awaits along with shopping, groceries, gas and dining. 13 minutes to the famed Chautauqua Institution. 20 minutes to the charming village of Bemus Point (or 30 minutes if you want to take a leisurely ferry ride from May to October!) 20 minutes to Peek'n Peak Ski Resort. 20 minutes to the quaint village of Westfield (great for antiquing). 20 minutes to the Lake Erie beaches. 25 minutes to the National Comedy Center and Lucille Ball's hometown of Jamestown.

The expansive kitchen is outfitted with essential appliances such as a fridge, stove, microwave, 4-slice toaster, and Ninja Air Fryer, complemented by a comprehensive selection of dinnerware, glasses, mugs, and cutlery, all designed to create a comforting atmosphere akin to home. There is a high chair and booster seat.

The accommodation boasts four generously sized bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 adults. A playpen is provided for the baby's peaceful slumber. The layout comprises two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, chair, and two side tables, complemented by a spacious full-sized master bath suite with both a shower and tub, as well as a roomy walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, dresser, and two side tables. Downstairs, the Buffalo Bills room includes one full-sized and one twin-sized bed, comfortably sleeping three, along with a dresser and two side tables. Likewise, the Star Wars room offers the same sleeping arrangement and furnishings.

The walk-out basement features a generously sized play area tailored for kids, complete with a games table, a Simpsons Arcade Game, and an extensive assortment of children's games and toys to ensure entertainment during evenings or rainy days. Additionally, there's a TV room equipped with a futon and couch, accompanied by a state-of-the-art Smart TV fully equipped with streaming services, all included in the rental price.
