Our farm raises organic, flavorful, nourishing 100% grass-fed heritage beef, certified organic chicken, shiitake mushrooms and vegetables for conscious eaters who value quality products, animal welfare and stewardship of the land.
Visit The Heron's self-service Farm Store open 8am-8pm daily, year round. We're located 12 miles from Chautauqua Institution between the villages of Panama and Sherman. In the summer and fall you can also find our products at farmers markets.
At The Heron we offer dynamic music festivals, organically raised foods, culinary adventures, educational events and wellness workshops. We nourish our community through shared experiences that enrich the bonds between people, food, music and the arts.
Group Planner Information
The Heron Farm & Event Center offers an outdoor venue that will provide a beautiful natural backdrop for weddings and special events. The camping grounds, hiking and biking trails, swimming and fishing pond, campsites with fire pits, picnic tables, and bathhouse with showers are all included facilities with the rental base price.
