Make an ornament - every Saturday except Dec 7th -NO RESERVATION REQUIRED - drop in between 11am-3pm to make a customized ornament. We will provide a small slab of pre-rolled clay - and access to all our fun texture tools and type-faces to create a personalized holiday ornament. Make a mini mug using a pinch pot with our clay team. You can personalize your little mug any way you'd like. It makes perfect gift! Suitable for beginners of all ages.

Learn how to make these 3D paper stars from any paper you might have on hand. Once you learn the basic concept you can scale the project up or down to make package toppers, tree ornaments or decorations of any size. The project is tricky and requires precise cutting, suitable for teens+ Another class sessions is available from 6:00pm-7:30pm.

Craft a cute little house to use as an incense burner - or just as an adorable little shelf sitter. Another class session will be held on December 20 from 5:30pm-6:30pm.

Join Program Director Deb, a seasoned bookbinding instructor with 20+ years of experience, and learn the art of traditional binding. Create a sturdy journal, perfect for travel, using provided materials and tools. Choose from leather or vegan-friendly covers. Ideal for older teens and adults. Basic hand sewing skills are helpful! Another class session is available from 5pm-8pm.

Visit RTPI for a guided walk through our current exhibitions, every Friday at 2 pm. This is an opportunity for an in-depth look into the art on view. Gallery walks are currently limited to 15 people per walk. Please call 716.665.2473 to make a gallery walk reservation. There is no additional charge for a gallery walk but participants must either be members of RTPI or purchase regular museum admission.
