A 5K up to a 50K, and anything in between. The Lower Lake in Cassadaga hosts a perfectly distanced 5K. We all start off together at 8am. A 3.1 mile loop around the lake. With an aid station at the starting point, you will complete the loop as many times as you'd like. A warming location inside the Community Room with restrooms available, you can take as many breaks as you would like. All breaks are included in your finish time. NO CUT-OFF TIMES

Register today for Audubon Community Nature Center's monthly First Friday program on February 7 from 11:00 a.m. – Noon. Join Eileen and Jim Goodling as they share their 16-day walk across three national parks in the north of England. $8 Adults; $6 Nature Center members; $6 Children 9 – 15. Explore real animal bones to learn how the skulls, teeth, and other animal bones can help you discover more about an animal’s lifestyle and diet. After an indoor lesson, head outside to see what else you can discover about the vertebrates that live at ACNC. A snack is provided after the hike and a craft is offered if there is time.
