A 5K up to a 50K, and anything in between. The Lower Lake in Cassadaga hosts a perfectly distanced 5K. We all start off together at 8am. A 3.1 mile loop around the lake. With an aid station at the starting point, you will complete the loop as many times as you'd like. A warming location inside the Community Room with restrooms available, you can take as many breaks as you would like. All breaks are included in your finish time. NO CUT-OFF TIMES
