Gentle yoga movements with salutations to the eclipse floating into a crystal bowl sound bath mediation. No experience is necessary. All levels are welcome. Mats provided.
Nancy Lombardo lives in Lily Dale. She is a Spiritualist Minister, healer, and the President of the Church of the Living Spirit in Lily Dale. Nancy is a Military Veteran and Retired Police Detective with 32 years of law enforcement experience. She is a certified 300 RYI Yoga Instructor, marathon runner, poet, and photographer.
