Randy Elf will talk about constitutional issues facing the Supreme Court concerning the First Amendment.
The 2025 Fenton History Center Lecture Series features both morning and evening lectures between March and September. This event is free and open to the public. Lectures are held in the dining room at the Gov. Reuben Fenton mansion. It is also streamed via Facebook.
